Young Entrepreneur Association (YEA) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization located in Central Virginia. YEA supports entrepreneurship starting from early adolescence to adulthood. It is our goal to build a strong economic organization that positively supports the community and families.
The organization's success is based on the depth of commitment, vision and confidence of its members. YEA seeks young entrepreneurs who will promote, uphold, and extend its policies and programs. In return, the organization is a conduit through which individuals can grow and develop professionally, while simultaneously providing service to their community.

Mission
Young Entrepreneur Association (YEA) was founded on the belief that people from all walks of life have innate talents, waiting to be discovered. YEA helps individuals realize their economic potential and take an active role in bettering their community . YEA empowers Entrepreneurs through entrepreneurship development educational programs, as well as addressing current issues in their communities.

Prospective members must have high ethical and moral standards;

Membership can only be obtained by completing the Official Membership Intake Process (MIP);

Interested candidates should not participate in demeaning, degrading or unkind acts.

Membership in Young Entrepreneur Association will not be extended to:

An individual who knowingly participates in activities outside of the official Membership Intake Process;

An individual who knowingly participates in activities which are demeaning, degrading or demoralizing;

An individual who knowingly submits falsified documents or credentials.
